How to cook Simple Japchae (my style)

I don't always get to stay at home since i am working shift hours and i have classes on weekend.
So, during my Sick leave for 2 weeks i try to do all the things i always want to do but have no time.
And one of them is cooking!

I found the glass noodle in the kitchen (i bought it few days before).
So, i thought i should make japchae and began looking for the recipe on the internet.
well, the process of making it quit easy but since I don't have enough ingredients so i call it simple Japchae recipe.

Here's the ingredients.

TRANSJAVA-BALI BACKPACKER (DAY 8: Mengwi,Bali)

28th January 2017.

we woke up pretty early that day i consider since we were out walking from our room starting at 8.00am.
We only had our leftover bread as breakfast.
We went to the Taman Ayun Temple by walking.
it took 30 minutes from our homestay to the Taman Ayun Temple walking actually.
It's hot day but we enjoy our walk.
Along the way we saw a of temple.
80% of Bali's resident is Hindu so it is very common to see temple or pura in each of the house.
So all the way from our homestay to Bali we get to see different kind of temple design in each house.
on the street of Mengwi

TRANSJAVA-BALI BACKPACKER (DAY 7: Java to Bali via Ferry)

27th January 2017

We woke up quite late that day.

But it's okay.
it's not like we have thumb print to chase. kekeke

Dryclean was cheap in Tabanan compare to Kuta.
cost us only IDR 3K/kg.

After we finish packing we then head out to Tabanan Ferry Station to Bali.
I was a little bit overexcited for Bali actually.
i've heard a lot about Bali and i really wanted to visit Bali since forever!
hoho.
From Tabanan Station to Gilimanuk(Bali) station is pnly IDR 6000/Person = RM2.00. cheap isn't?
But on the entrance you'll be offered a price IDR 90K/person straight to Denpasar.
But since we love to do it our ways, we decided not to take the offer

ready to depart for Bali!

Transjava - Bali Backpacker (Day 2: Bandung-Ciwidey)

22nd January 2017

We woke up pretty late for a backpackers.
My friend said that a good backpacker should wake up as early as 6am to get ready.
However last night was crazy for us.
it was a long flight and walking al ost 4 hours in the rain around the city was really tiring!
So, we end up waking up at 8.30am and only manage to checked out at 12 pm.
Well, the good things about waking up late is that you'll skip breakfast meaning we save money for our breakfast.

Our journey for lunch hunting continue.
walking journey continue

Transjava Bali Backpacker (Day 1: KK-KL-JKT-Bandung)

Introduction.

The trip was plan during our trip to Aceh Last year 2016 in November.
So it was planned 3 months before the trip.
We were so excited that we don't check the weather.
And it's been raining in Java since the first day we were there.

20th January 2017.

it was supposed to our flight from KK-KL that night but i didn't get to checked in, soooooo, i missed my flight! So, Always and aaaalllllllaways checked in a week earlier for your flight!

21st January 2017.

Dipendekkan cerita, i arrived at Jakarta Soekerno-Hatta International Airport at about 1.30pm (Jakarta Time).
We don't waste our time in Jakarta since it's just like Kuala Lumpur i guess so, we decided to go straight to Bandung from airport
We then plan to take the van to bandung which they called it Travel car. Well, the van is quite special since it has Wifi for free and got Usb port for charging purposed on every seat. It cost about IDR 160/person!

Jakarta to Banung took about 3 hours because of the jammed road on the way, so we arrived at Bandung around 5.30pm.
And there begin our walking journey.
Fisrt for food hunting and second for cheap hotel.
(you can search for cheap hotel on Agoda if you don't want to waste your time walking in the rain  like us).
we just love walking and exploring the places that's why most of the time we will choose walking instead of taking car.
